On the back of the recent post from our President regarding our culture, the Association has approached some community leaders within their professional fields to help build and shape the behaviours of our members to reflect the following values from our Strategic Plan:

“The hope is we see this positivity spread to our local community”

WE PUT PEOPLE BEFORE PERFORMANCE.

The wellbeing of people is more important than our success.

WE TRAIN AS IF OUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT.

We achieve success by training hard and not taking short cuts.

WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER.

Our success requires the support of volunteers.

WE TREAT OTHERS THE WAY WE WANT TO BE TREATED.

People of all backgrounds, lifestyles, and positions are valued.

WE PROVIDE SOLUTIONS TO OUR PROBLEMS.

Suggestions not accusations will lead to solutions.


Part of this process is the Judiciary System which is unfortunately needed when our members overstep the line. We will be introducing individuals from our judiciary panel over the next few weeks.
